About Us

My career in real estate began full time in 2000,  and I was one of the original members of the Keller Williams' Westborough office.  The extensive education and unique company structure allowed me to launch my career in a positive and well-trained fashion;   I was named "Rookie of The Year" twice in 2000-2001..once for my individual office, and once by the Greater Worcester Board of Realtors.    Through the years I have received numerous production and recruiting awards, and after having started on a well-known real estate team, I currently am the Group Leader for my own team within Keller Williams:  The Dynasty Real Estate Group:  Jennifer Juliano & Associates.    I have mentored and trained several agents throughout my career, and am a long-term member of the Top 20% Agent Leadership Council (ALC) in KW.   One of my buyer specialists, Teri Manning, has been with me since Spring 2005 and is a fantastic addition to the team.    Teri has lived overseas and handled many aspects of real estate relocation personally and for others;  her understanding of cultural differences, patience, and generous spirit will always be a strong suit for her and her clients.

My background since 1991 has always been in marketing, and I have worked in various industries ranging from international trading, distribution, import/export, and vessel chartering;  event planning; and radon/lead analysis marketing to the home inspection industry.   As a result of my experience in the radon industry, one which is closely linked to the real estate industry, I am the only known Realtor who has completed formal training and am certified through the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) asa Radon Measurement Specialist.    This in-depth knowledge of a subject very misunderstood by the real estate community has helped my clients and those of other agents/Realtors in their home transactions.
